Coordinate and run curriculum activities.
Manage and deliver the college additional support budget.
Coordinate and deliver Pre Entry, Entry, Keyskills, Basic Skills and Level 1 Provision.
Manage staff and timetabling.
Introduce and support roll out of new timetabling software.
Undertake lesson observations on staff, and coordinate and arrange appropriate staff development.
Administrate the college VLE and intranet and supervise network services.
Internally Verify Entry Level, Level 1, Keyskills, Basic Skills courses.
Work with Plumpton College management team to develop college policy and practice.
