Submit a Page or Collection for Assessment

What do you need to know?

You can submit Pages or Collections for assessment to a Group. This can be used by tutors to mark your work and provide feedback.

You’ll need to:

  • Be the author of the Page or Collection.
  • Be a member of the Group you need to submit to.
  • Submit a Page or a Collection to a Group.

(And the group needs to have been set up by your tutor to allow submissions - not all groups will have this option enabled.)

When you submit work:

  • It is locked and you can no longer edit the pages.
  • A page is un-locked when the tutor releases it. (Note: a page can have feedback added to it that you can view but the page can still remain locked.)
  • A page or collection can only to submitted one at a time but any number of pages or collections can be submitted to a group.
  • The page or collection you submit can only be seen by the tutor. Other members of the group do not see it.

Be Aware: If you still need to work on a page or collection after it has been submitted, you should make a copy of it first and submit the copy. (How to copy a Page, How to copy a Collection)
