This is very good Lucy. Did you draw this? I believe the receptors on the kidney are beta1 and can release Renin.  Which of course activates the Renin Angiotensin system.Also Muscarinic receptors in the heart can directly couple via their Gprotein to potasium channels, no need for a second messanger, these channels are called GIRK channels (G protein coupled inward rectifying potassium channels).

Very good, Lucy. Have you seen the notes at http://almostadoctor.co.uk/ ? They are not as pictorial as yours (I like your cartoons - I learn like this, too) but summarise the points very well. They do mind maps - see the one at almostadoctor.co.uk/sites/all/MindMaps/23.pdf
